Halifax Regional Police is currently recruiting volunteers for its Burnside Watch program. Burnside Watch is a group of dedicated volunteers who give of their time and talents in an effort to prevent crime in the Burnside Business Park and Dartmouth Crossing areas.
A public information meeting will be held on Thursday, October 9, 2008, beginning at 7:00pm at Basinview Drive Community Elementary School, 273 Basinview Drive, Bedford, NS, to discuss the following applications:
Matthew Christie’s Old Fashioned Sunday Social was re-scheduled on Sunday due to rain (and to the possibility of a hurricane!). This event will now take place on October 5th, 2-4pm.
