Bedford-Birch Cove candidates will meet for a debate

elections-ns-logo3A debate, hosted by the Bedford Community Council, will be held on Wednesday, May 27 from 7-9 p.m. at the Lebrun Centre Lion’s Den.

The format, which has yet to be determined, could feature questions from the audience or from a panel.

The Bedford Beacon has learned that PC candidate Len Goucher will not be attending the debate – he will celebrating his 37th wedding anniversary that evening.

Candidates are also supposed to participate in a classroom debate at CP Allen High School on Tuesday, May 26.

The candidates for the Bedford-Birch Cove riding are:

Liberal-Kelly Regan
PC-Len Goucher
NDP-Brian Mosher
Green-Neil Green
