ROBBERY AT TD CANADA TRUST

At 6:50 p.m. on the evening of Friday, November 7 police responded to the TD Canada Trust, 1475 Bedford Highway, in relation to a robbery. Upon arrival, officers learned that a male suspect entered the bank , produced a note that indicated that he was in possession of a firearm and demanded cash.

The suspect received a quantity of cash and left the scene on foot. The suspect is described as a white male in his 40s , weighing about 180 pounds and 5′ 10″ tall. He was wearing a khaki colored suit and tie and a ball cap.

There were no injuries and no weapon was produced or seen. The incident continues to be investigated by the General Investigative Section.
